Doggy Dolly offer Standard Delivery and Express Delivery to the following areas:
Please allow 3-7 business days for the successful delivery of your parcel by Standard Delivery.
Please allow up to 2 days for the successful delivery of your parcel by Express Delivery.
Please allow 6+ business daysfor the successful delivery of your parcel by Standard Delivery.
Please allow 2 to 4 days for the successful delivery of your parcel by Express Delivery.
Delivery times are indicative only and DoggyDolly will not be liable for any delivery failures that are out of our control.
Shipping costs are as follows:
Standard Delivery on clothing purchases >A$70.00 is free
Standard Delivery on clothing purchases <A$70.00 is a flat rate of A$8.00
Express Delivery on all clothing is a flat rate of A$12.00
Standard Delivery on all clothing is a flat rate of A$15.00
Express Delivery on all clothing is a flat rate of A$35.00
Please be aware bulky items other than clothing may cost more to ship and will vary depending on size and weight of your order and your chosen delivery address.
Our primary source of shipping is Australia Post and Sendle.
Please note we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers.
If you are not home and there's no safe place to leave your parcel it will be taken to a nearby Post Office or pick up location. You'll get a notification about your missed delivery so you can pick your item up in-person. The courier will hold it at the Post Office or pick up location for a stipulated number of days, before it gets returned to sender.
Doggy Dolly will not be liable for any additional delivery costs if you fail to pick up your delivery within the required time frame.
Missing / Lost Order
The carrier will aim to deliver as per the estimated time frames. This may take a little longer if you live in a rural area or during peak trading times.
If you have waited over the maximum estimated time frame please contact the carrier and quote you’re tracking number from your dispatch email.
If an investigation is required please allow the carrier up to 5 business days to provide you with a resolution, however if the carrier cannot locate your items or they have confirmed the order is lost, please contact us at email@example.com and we will investigate further.
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which will contain tracking information. You can monitor your delivery through the Australia Post web site https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html#/track.
