Please check sizing chart prior to purchase to ensure you receive the correct item/s.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only permitted if goods are damaged or faulty. They must be returned within 30 days of delivery along with the original packaging. If the item is found to be defective, DoggyDolly will refund all costs of the item including delivery without question.
RETURNS
Exchanges are permitted for another item of equal value providing stock is available. Goods must be in the original packaging, in original condition with tags attached and must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Cost and risk for delivery of exchange items will be the responsibility of the customer.
